No account to create, no email to confirm. Open the app and follow these four steps.
On first launch, choose “Create my memory”. If another of your devices already has it, choose “Join my existing memory” instead, and skip to step 4.
On a computer, take the local model: nothing to pay, nothing leaves your home. On a phone alone, you need your Anthropic key, paid as you go: create it on console.anthropic.com, under API Keys, after adding a few dollars of credit. What it costs.
Any sentence, by voice or keyboard. Stay on the Capture tab: ten seconds or so later, what sinam understood appears under your sentence.
On the device that already has your memory: Settings, Devices, Add a device. On the new one, choose “Join my existing memory” and scan the QR code, or type the six-digit code on a computer. Accept on the first one, and it is the same memory.
They must be on the same Wi-Fi, and the device that has your memory must be switched on. Once linked, they catch up on their own whenever they meet again. If your phone is linked to your computer, the computer does the sorting: nothing to set up on the phone.
